Examines fundamentals of informative and persuasive communication in the engineering field, in order to assist in critical thinking about various contemporary technical, social, and ethical issues. The focus is on library research, communicating technical information clearly and concisely, managing issues of persuasion when communicating with diverse audiences, presentation skills, and teamwork. Corequisite(s): APSC 1010.

Priority registration in this course is offered to students admitted to the Diploma in Applied Science for Engineering.
