Discontinued Fall Semester 2015 This course explores the leadership and management knowledge and skills required by the new graduate nurse within the provision of health care services. It provides the opportunity to examine innovative and diverse roles within changing health care environment as participants learn to identity and develop their own leadership and management skills. Prerequisite(s): A minimum "C+" grade in NURS 3216 and 3235; and an "S" grade in NURS 3246.
