The emphasis is placed on the sources of law, principles of tort law relating to negligence; contract law; registration of security interest; intellectual property; forms of international marketing agreements; import and export trade practices; domestic and international sale of goods; international banking; arbitration; conflicts of law; trade intervention and controlling unfair trade practices.
