This plan may include workshops, certifications, practicums or volunteer placements. These certifications, specialty workshops and experiences constitute the "portfolio" for the student. Instructor monitors and evaluates the portfolio development plans of each students, and advises in this regard. Instructor oversees student seminars and research process to identify "best fit" Field Placement. Graded S/U.
