Emphasis is placed on the role of systems analysis in an organization and the involvement of people in the overall system design process. In addition, the following topics are covered: project life cycle, structured methodology, interview and observation techniques, charting techniques, coding methods, and screen, forms and report design.

Note: Students will only receive credit for either CISY 1115 or CSIS 1300 and not both courses. Restricted to students enrolled in the Computer Information Systems Program
