An interdisciplinary study of the concept of work in Canadian society. The problems Canadians encounter in the field of work will be considered from such viewpoints as sociology, history, literature, and philosophy. This course satisfies the Canadian content requirement for the Bachelor of Education Degree at UBC.
Students will receive credit for only one of CNST 1130 or 4850. CNST 1130 may not be used to satisfy the CNST 4850 requirement.
