The specific areas of study include vitamins, minerals, fluids, nutritional assessment, food and drug interactions and specific nutritional concerns during the stages of the life cycle. Completion of FSRV 1112 and 1212 will enable the student to relate nutritional needs to meal planning for optimal health.
