PHOT 1248 : Principles of Image Processing

Discontinued Fall Semester 2016; replaced by 1225 PHOT PHOT 1248 is a hands-on, assignment driven course providing foundation imaging techniques used in a broad range of photographic applications. The interface and tools of Adobe Photoshop will be explored with topics including colour correction, selections, masks, sharpening, retouching and workflow automation. Prerequisite(s): "C+" or higher grade in all previous Professional Photography Program courses.
