Discontinued Fall Semester 2015 A series of seminar-type lectures, workshops and presentations by guest speakers designed to prepare students for their career, either as salaried employees or as self-employed entrepreneurs. Topics include the contemporary business world; types and forms of business ownership; corporate and personal tax implications; raising capital for the self-employed; providing pensions and benefits for the self-employed; setting up a home based business; building your personal career plan; preparing your resume; preparing for the employment interview, and effective time management.
